Animation created in After Effects and credits typeset in Illustrator. The font used is Acumin VF, which allows me to employ variable fonts for a fluid text transformation. Grain and posterization add texture to the movement.

The credits use a simplified version of the type treatment from the title in reverse colors.
The director provided initial inspiration like these title cards from HBO's Girls. They informed the color choices of the final design, leaning into millennial aesthetics.
The movement of this animation informed the extreme cropping and smooth text revelation. I adapted the pacing to mirror the intimate tension of the film. Full moodboard linked above on Are.na.
